Bookings & Privacy Policy

Booking Policy 

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, if you arrive after your appointment time we may not be able to perform the whole service. If appointment is shortened you will still be charged the full cost of the service. 

Cancellation and No-show policy 

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations & rescheduling of appointments. A fee of 50% will be charged if the minimum time hasn't been given.

 

Deposits are required to secure your booking and are non-refundable. If rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice, it will be carried over to your next appointment. Any No-show will be charged 100% of the booking as we have allocated time and resources to your booking. If deposit has been paid we will take the remaining via the card used for booking. In the event we don't have payment details we will contact you for payment and all future appointments will be held until outstanding balance is made. We appreciate your understanding

When you book an appointment, your personal information is securely stored within the Timely platform. Timely maintains its own privacy and data security policies, and we rely on their systems to securely store and process client information.
